An old recipe from Sweden’s confectionery Mecca, prepared in our own machines to achieve a masterful balancing act between nutty and floral, fruity and tart flavours.

Cocoa finally arrived in Sweden aboard ships from distant lands. Their first Swedish port of call, Malmö, became the country’s confectionery capital in the late 1800s. We found an original recipe from that era in our factory. We’ve dusted it off and now blend the beans until their tart and slightly nutty overtones marry. Rest assured, there are no nuts in our chocolate, only a nutty flavour.

• Cocoa butter
